This is the "BirdKing" and was the first painting I ever did on canvas. I was 12 and loved Basquiat

On an unstreached canvas he is 24 inches wide and 48 inches tall

Meet your maker, or at least the son of God- he's looking particularly healthy in this portrait. "Jesus" was a gift for my father and stepmother - it went straight into storage.

On an unstreached canvas he is 26 inches wide and 37 inches tall

yes that's my sister, or how i was seeing her in our early pubescence. drugs will do that to you.

"Sarah" is 31 inches wide and 49 inches tall on unstretched canvas.

"watching" was done in my mid-late teens. I lived with my grandmother through her constant decline and eventual death. This painting is a shadowy reflection of hospice type care she was receiving. the figure in the middle is fading and those around are watching and waiting.

"watching" is a larger piece and a square measuring 37 inches both wide and tall.

in the brief deprive from the grim life we were leading at the time, paintings like "Saint Blue" would appear and this was a gift for my sister. I feel that it is a hopeful painting and I thought it would watch over her.

"St. Blue" is 20 inches wide and 24 inches tall on unstretched canvas

"father" my be one of the oldest painting i have and was most likely completed between ages 10-11. clearly this is a portrait of my father. it makes me sad and I know longer want to see it.

"father" is 14 inches wide and 18 inches tall on unstretched canvas

it seems appropriate to follow the last painting with this- "mother." thats her. I don't have much to say about this painting but i most likely painted it at age 15

"mother" is square and measures 20 inches wide and 20 inches tall on unstretched canvas

"pointing" is another large piece and was painting with hundreds of tiny brush stroked which are visible upon a closer look. I never felt like this was done. it is now and I'm sick of wondering what she is pointing to.

"pointing" is a square unstreached canvas measuring an even 26 by 26 inches

"Yellowhair" is simply a woman making an ugly face. I liked this painting because of the colors. It was meant to be another gift to a friend but i liked to stare at it back in the day. drugs will do that to you too.

"yellowhair" is actually mislabeled here in that the width should come first at 16 inches and the height at 19 1/2

rounding the corner and closer to the end of our journey we have "bloodbath," a lovely piece in which two deceased, mutilated bodies are left in a dark room and pool of blood. Yes that is indeed a pigs head too. The interesting story behind this painting is about the technique used to create the blood texture...not that it looks realistic at all but a friend's father spent an afternoon showing me how to mix oils with different (secret) things to create these swirls which he uses in his own paintings, most of which are of outer space and are really cool to look at with 3-d glasses on.

"bloodbath" is another large one measuring in at 36 inches wide and 48 inches tall

"dog" i don't know who this dog belonged to or why i painted it. he measures 16 inches by 20 inches and is on unstretched canvas.

last and definitely not least- in fact this may be the most hideous of all the paintings I've every created. its "cuntface" there is not a whole lot to say about this vulgar work but to reassure you that yes that is a badly painted naked woman smoking a cigarette.

not only is it ugly but its huge...

"cuntface" is 36 inches wide and 48 inches tall
